It all started when she was 8 years old, drawn to making pearl necklaces... and then creating hand-made dolls between the ages of 10 and 15, selling more than 700 of them! It seems her hands knew, before she did, that all she had to do was use them --and create!

And so one day, as she sat around her house, bored…   she picked up her pair of thongs --a simple, green pair that she would just wear around the house. And she decided to dress it up. It took six months, and there it was: the first pair, that would open the door to a whole new world. Little did she know that one pair would become 20, and 20 became 100, and 100 became thousands now sold all over the world.

And so Bijou de Pied was born. Every type of material is used, from rubber she buys from the plumber, to luxurious Swarovski stones --and all of it comes together in her own masterpieces. Every year, she designs a new collection, and she knows the ideas will never stop --not as long as those two hands continue working.

Bijou de Pied creations are now a trendy, fashion phenomena, a way for girls to wear jewels on their feet, and dress-up (or down) every style of outfit.
